Agreement
By accessing or using Aminyx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Service description
Aminyx provides software for B2B growth operations: agentic lead intelligence, CRM, content production, website tools, asset management, and publishing workflows. Features evolve by release; some capabilities may be labeled preview or coming soon.
Platform as a tool
Aminyx is technology infrastructure, not a broker, bank, or party to your commercial agreements. Trade, sales, and partnership outcomes are between you and your counterparties. We do not guarantee business results from platform use or AI recommendations.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain account security and accurate business information
- Use the platform lawfully and comply with export, sanctions, and trade regulations applicable to you
- Verify AI-generated content and recommendations before acting on them
- Respect third-party rights in content you upload or publish
AI usage
Agent outputs are decision-support tools. You remain responsible for outreach, contracts, compliance, and customer communications sent from or through your workspace.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed per your order form or checkout terms. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Refund policy follows your commercial agreement.
Intellectual property
Aminyx owns the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data to operate the service.
Prohibited use
- Unauthorized access, scraping, or interference with the platform
- Fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity
- Reverse engineering except where permitted by law
Liability
The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
